Dear Friends,
As Indiana Sports Charities enters its 21st year, we will be hosting our annual golf outing on June 7th, 2010. Nothing has given me more pride (except being a dad of two great kids), than all the hard work ISC’s committee members and sponsors have contributed and dedicated to making ISC’s Celebrity Golf outing such a great continued success. Over the years we have seen the economy go up and down and charity events out-number the golf courses in our area. But, I would like all of you to know my committee and I remain focused to do everything we can to make sure we continue this fight to one day help find a cure for cancer. I have put on many uniforms in my time and have always had open ears for every conversation. But, when I put on an ISC shirt and someone asks me about it, be ready for me to tell you - at great length - what we are all about; the hospitals we contribute to and the programs we search out and help support. Also, I assure you, I am not bashful in asking for some support or your contributions. In addition to the June 7th golf outing, this year I’m thrilled that we will be able to host new events. With the help of my daily post on Facebook, I started “Ron Kittle’s Clubhouse” which is a series of smaller events to get more people involved. “The Breakfast Club” which is at rotating venues has already gotten under way and is a great opportunity to meet and mingle with new friends, have Q & A’s and get autographs -- in addition to great food and lots of fun! Coming soon is our “Bowling with Ron and Friends.” Dates and times for Ron Kittle’s Clubhouse events will be posted soon. There are many worthy charities and ONE USA FLAG… but please, help support ISC. Be proud to know what you contribute helps so many. And believe it or not… every little bit helps. Sincerely,
